Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Initiating cold calls to potential clients to introduce products or services.
- Answering incoming calls from customers seeking information or assistance.
- Following predefined scripts while adapting communication dynamically to suit customer needs.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Pitching product features, benefits, and current promotions clearly.
- Qualifying leads and forwarding potential sales conversions to the field team.
- Meeting daily and weekly conversion targets set by management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Data & Relationship Management
- Updating database entries accurately with call outcomes, feedback, and notes.
- Scheduling appointments or product demos for sales representatives.
- Handling customer grievances professionally to safeguard brand reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
EducationMinimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience0 to 2 years; freshers with strong vocal skills are widely accepted.
CommunicationExcellent verbal articulation in English and specific regional languages.
Technical SkillsBasic computer literacy, including MS Excel and CRM software.
Soft SkillsHigh emotional resilience, active listening, persuasion, and patience.
