Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records and documents.
- Perform data entry with accuracy.
- Prepare reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Verify documents and ensure proper filing.
- Handle emails, calls, and general office administration.
- Support day-to-day back office operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and computer operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
