We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our team at Himax Arch Studio. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming architectural concepts into realistic visual experiences. As a 3D Visualiser, you will work closely with our design team to produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations that bring architectural ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D architectural models and photorealistic renderings for residential and commercial projects
- Develop interior and exterior visualizations based on architectural drawings and design concepts
- Work with software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools to produce realistic images and walkthroughs
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and visual expectations
- Apply lighting, textures, materials, and landscaping elements to enhance realism in renders
- Produce short walkthrough animations or presentation visuals when required
- Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines for client presentations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong 3D modelling and rendering skills for architectural visualization
- Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and convert them into 3D models
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in architectural visualization is preferred
