Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws, IR activities, and statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Handle IR (Industrial Relations) activities and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate payroll and compliance-related activities
- Implement HR policies and organizational procedures
- Maintain smooth communication between management and employees
Requirements:
✔ Knowledge of compliances, IR, and labor laws
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and HR operations
✔ Ability to manage workforce and employee relations efficiently
Education:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduation with relevant experience
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in HR management
Salary:
- Depends upon interview and experience
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
