Position: Senior Academic Counsellor
Department: Sales / Student Advisory
Experience: 2–5 years in Academic Counselling / EdTech Sales
Location: Multiple branches
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students and parents about suitable courses and career paths.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Provide detailed information about programs, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update student data in CRM systems.
- Support junior academic counsellors and help them improve conversion rates.
- Conduct counselling sessions (in-person / online) and close admissions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for lead management.
- Ensure excellent student experience from enquiry to admission.
