Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Dispatch Executive to manage the end-to-end dispatch process of finished goods from our Bhiwandi factory. The ideal candidate will coordinate with production, stores, quality, transporters, and the sales team to ensure every shipment reaches customers safely, accurately, and on time. The role requires strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules based on customer commitments.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Sales teams for dispatch readiness.
- Verify finished goods against dispatch orders before loading.
- Generate delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and transporter documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and shipment scheduling.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and safe loading of fragile lighting products.
- Track dispatched shipments until delivery and update internal teams.
- Maintain dispatch registers, transporter records, and daily MIS reports.
- Monitor dispatch accuracy and resolve shortages, damages, or dispatch discrepancies.
- Ensure FIFO practices and proper inventory movement.
- Maintain compliance with GST, e-way bill, and company dispatch procedures.
- Support periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
- Drive continuous improvements in dispatch efficiency and customer delivery performance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of dispatch operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience generating invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Good understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP systems (Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho, or similar) is preferred.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in engineering, electrical, furniture, lighting, or fabrication industries is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Candidates residing in Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, or nearby areas.
- Experience handling fragile or premium products will be an advantage.

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
