Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will follow safety standards, maintain product quality, and meet daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machines according to work instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Record production data, machine downtime, and quality checks.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
- Assist in changeovers and machine setup for different production runs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read production instructions and operating procedures.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹8,565.53 - ₹30,089.13 per month
