Calmscious is a growing mental wellness and psychotherapy organization helping individuals overcome stress, overthinking, emotional struggles, relationship issues, and personal challenges through structured therapy and transformational programs.
We are looking for a dynamic and communication-skilled Senior Sales Officer to support admissions, client coordination, and business growth at our Salem center.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads
- Explain programs and services to clients clearly
- Convert inquiries into consultations and enrollments
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Maintain lead tracking and follow-up reports
- Coordinate appointments with therapists and management
- Support workshop, retreat, and program promotions
- Build strong client relationships and trust
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability
- Positive, responsible, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle clients professionally and calmly
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in sales, counseling coordination, healthcare, wellness, education counseling, or customer relationship roles is preferred
