KRA for Asst. Manager (Information Technology)
Location : New Delhi
CTC Salary: Rs 40 K to 60 K Per Month
Required Qualification / Experience
· B.E. (Computers) / B.Tech + MBA
· 7 – 10 years’ relevant experience (Preferably from Real Estate)
· Experience on FarVision Implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Experience on FarVision / Oracle ERP Implementation is must
Ø ERP implementation, IT Infrastructure
Ø Lead end to end delivery of digital and information technology initiatives at the company
Ø Spearheading ERP, FarVision projects & customer support
Ø Managing Cloud Servers and Systems
Ø The candidate should be able to identify individual strengths of team members and actively fosters career advancement.
Ø Works with the leadership team to determine strategy to achieve overall site goals.
Ø The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be self-motivated team player and must be able to work independently.
Ø Leverage ERP technologies, Data Analytics etc. to solve actual business problems
Ø Create business case for each project, define success parameters, manage stakeholders and vendors, deploy project, measure success and ensure adoption
Ø Create and sustain culture of innovation in digital and IT team and ensure regular flow of innovative ideas to improve growth, productivity and user/customer experience
Ø Ensure resolution of all technology related issues as per defined SOPs
Ø Regular reviews with stakeholders for delivering & exceeding against expectations
Ø Manage team and sustain culture of ownership, accountability and continuous learning
Ø Ensuring continuous technology support for smooth business operations
Ø Identification of risks and planning mitigation
Ø Assist in resolving on day to day basis for operation issues
Ø Manage information technology and computer systems
Ø Resolve Help Escalation
Ø Coordinate with business partners & stakeholders
Ø Leadership Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
· Exposure to FarVision and ERP processes, flows and features preferably apparel ERP
· Excellent Project Management Skills
· Excellent communication written & oral
