Page3 Salon is looking for a talented and passionate Unisex Hair Stylist to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional hair services and creating an outstanding salon experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, hair spa, smoothening, keratin, coloring, highlights, balayage, and other hair treatments for all clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for tools and workstations.
- Stay updated with the latest haircutting, coloring, and styling trends and techniques.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Recommend retail hair care products when appropriate.
- Follow the salon's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to provide a premium customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Unisex Hair Stylist.
- Strong knowledge of haircutting, hair coloring, chemical treatments, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for the beauty and hair industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Professional certification or advanced training in hair styling is an added advantage.
