Urban Immigration is hiring Telecallers to join our growing team. We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills.
Experience Required:
- 6 Months to 2 Years
- Immigration telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Explain the company's immigration services professionally and answer client queries.
- Schedule appointments for counselors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
