Delegate Sales Manager/ Team Lead
A Delegate Sales Manager is responsible to support the revenue generation by selling delegate tickets (complimentary and paid) for conferences and events. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. The Delegate Sales Manager will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and be able to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies for delegate attendance at conferences and events.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
- Build a strong pipeline of Delegates and maintain relationships with existing Delegates
- Identifying and reaching out to potential delegates through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and social media.
- Analyzing sales data and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events
- Ensure that sales processes and procedures are followed and updated regularly
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure that their needs are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Providing regular sales reports and updates to the senior management.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
