Job Description
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Ocean export operations and documentation
- Freight pricing and rate procurement from shipping lines and co-loaders
- Preparing quotations and negotiating freight rates
- Customer service and shipment coordination
- Export shipment planning and execution
- Coordination with shipping lines, agents, and internal operations teams
- Tracking shipments and resolving customer queries
- Maintaining pricing records and market rate updates
