Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive business growth in the Mumbai territory. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Dermatology and Cosmetology product sales with strong relationships among dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic physicians, and key healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and executing business strategies within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Promote the company's Dermatology and Cosmetology product portfolio to dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), doctors, distributors, and stockists.
- Increase product prescriptions and market share through effective scientific detailing and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute territory-specific sales strategies, CMEs, doctor meetings, promotional activities, and product campaigns.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare daily call reports, expense reports, and sales forecasts through the CRM system.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regional Sales teams to drive business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc.), or any graduate with relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with mandatory exposure to Dermatology and Cosmetology products.
- Strong network with Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, and Aesthetic Clinics in Mumbai.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and territory management abilities.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with reputed pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical companies.
- Exposure to prescription-based Dermatology, Aesthetic, Hair Care, Pigmentation, Acne, Anti-aging, or Skin Care products.
- Experience in launching new products and executing promotional campaigns will be an added advantage.
