Job Title: SMT Service Engineer (Diploma)
Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Diploma-qualified SMT Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service SMT production equipment, ensuring maximum machine uptime and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Pick & Place Machines (Fuji, Yamaha, Panasonic, ASM/SIPLACE, JUKI).
- Service and maintain Screen Printers (DEK, EKRA, GKG) and Reflow Ovens (Heller, BTU, Rehm).
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of SMT equipment.
- Support machine setup, calibration, changeovers, and commissioning.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic software issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain service reports and preventive maintenance records.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in SMT machine service or maintenance. Freshers with SMT training may also apply.
- Hands-on knowledge of SMT equipment, PLC basics, sensors, motors, and pneumatics is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and travel as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
