Job Description – Business Development Manager – Enterprise AI Solutions

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Enterprise AI Solutions with a proven track record in selling enterprise learning, corporate training, capability-building, or digital upskilling solutions to large organizations. The ideal candidate should have an established network with Learning & Development (L&D), HR, Talent Development, Digital Transformation, and Technology leaders, and be capable of driving end-to-end enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of enterprise AI, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, and digital upskilling solutions.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across multiple industry verticals.
- Build relationships with L&D Heads, HR Leaders, CHROs, Talent Development teams, CIOs, CTOs, and Business Unit Heads.
- Understand customer capability gaps and recommend customized learning and workforce transformation solutions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic enterprise accounts and generate repeat business.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Desired Profile
- 5–12 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in Corporate Training, Enterprise Learning, Managed Learning Services (MLS), Enterprise Upskilling, Learning Consulting, or Digital Learning Solutions.
- Strong network with L&D, HR, Talent Development, and Technology decision makers within enterprise organizations.
- Proven experience in consultative solution selling and enterprise account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and experienced in managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Industry Background
- Candidates with experience in Enterprise Learning, Corporate Training, Enterprise Upskilling, Managed Learning Services (MLS), Learning Consulting, Digital Learning, EdTech for Enterprise, or Technology Training Solutions will be preferred.
- Experience in selling enterprise capability-building, workforce transformation, or technology learning solutions to large organizations is highly desirable.
