Position Title: HR Head – Head Office (HO) & Factory
HR Head – HO & Factory Operations
Role Summary:
The HR Head will be responsible for managing and leading the complete Human Resources function for both the Corporate Head Office and Factory Operations. The role includes manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, industrial relations, and overall HR strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate HR (Head Office)
- Recruitment and onboarding of HO staff
- HR policy implementation and administration
- Performance appraisal and employee engagement
- Payroll coordination and attendance monitoring
- Training & development initiatives
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- MIS reporting and HR analytics
Factory HR & IR
- Handling factory manpower and shift planning
- Compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Managing contractor labour compliance
- Liaison with government authorities and inspectors
- Industrial relations and union handling
- Monitoring factory attendance, leave, overtime, and wages
- Ensuring smooth functioning of HR operations at plant level
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Factory Compliance
- Leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Good understanding of HRMS and reporting systems
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 10+ years of HR experience in Corporate & Manufacturing setup

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
