Job Description: Sr. Architect (Real Estate Developer)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Lead the architectural design process from concept to construction documents, ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, and market trends.
- Project Management & Coordination: Coordinate between consultants (structural, MEP), contractors, and site engineers to ensure accurate execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plans comply with local building codes, zoning bylaws, RERA, and safety norms.
- Value Engineering: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize project costs through efficient design without sacrificing quality.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience, ideally with a real estate developer or on large-scale residential projects.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (V-Ray/Photoshop).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, material selection, and local, municipal regulations.
- Competencies: Strong visualization, project management, and collaborative skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
