Key Responsibilities*: - *HR Strategy*: Design and execute HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives aligned with company growth - *Talent Acquisition*: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels, build employer branding, and reduce time-to-hire - *Employee Lifecycle*: Manage onboarding, performance management system PMS, appraisals, promotions, and exit formalities - *Compensation & Benefits*: Structure salary bands, incentives, ESOPs, and ensure competitive benchmarking. Handle payroll compliance - *Compliance & IR*: Ensure 100% statutory compliance - PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, POSH, Factory Act. Handle audits and government liaison - *Training & Development*: Identify skill gaps, roll out L&D programs, leadership development, and succession planning - *Employee Relations*: Drive engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and maintain healthy IR with unions if applicable - *HR Analytics*: Track attrition, headcount cost, productivity metrics, and present HR dashboards to leadership - *Culture & Policy*: Frame HR manual, code of conduct, and lead initiatives around diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing *Required Skills*: - Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance - Strategic thinking + hands-on execution ability - Expertise in HRMS like SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Zoho People - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Data-driven decision making with Excel and HR analytics
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
