Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generation Executives to join our on-site team in Mathura. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and final-year students who are eager to build a career in Business Development, Lead Generation, and IT Recruitment. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential candidates and clients, conducting market research, generating qualified leads, and supporting the recruitment and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, job portals, online research, and other sourcing platforms.
- Research and identify potential IT candidates and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment and Business Development teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare and submit daily productivity reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of information.
Eligibility
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Final-year graduation students are welcome to apply.
- Candidates pursuing or holding non-engineering bachelor's degrees are preferred.
- Engineering graduates (B.Tech/B.E.) are not eligible for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet research skills are required.
- Must be comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift).
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), BBA, B.Com, BA, or other non-engineering disciplines.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and online research is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
