Job Description:
We are looking for a Tourist Visa Filing Executive with hands-on experience in preparing and submitting tourist visa applications. The ideal candidate should be familiar with documentation, application forms, and visa procedures for countries like the USA, Canada, UK, and Schengen (Europe).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process tourist visa applications for USA, Canada, UK, and Schengen countries.
- Handle complete documentation including forms, cover letters, travel plans, and supporting documents.
- Guide clients about required documents and ensure files are accurate and complete.
- Fill online visa applications such as DS-160 (USA), UK visa forms, Canada visitor visa, and Schengen applications.
- Maintain proper records of all applications and client documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and application updates.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in tourist visa filing or visa processing.
- Strong knowledge of USA, Canada, UK, and Schengen tourist visa procedures.
- Experience with online visa application portals and documentation.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and explain document requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications at the same time.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with documentation handling.
