1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Execute and monitor pilot plant trials for scale-up of chemical processes.
· Convert lab SOPs into pilot-scale operating procedures and batch records.
· Optimize process parameters to improve yield, quality, and consistency.
· Operate and troubleshoot pilot-scale equipment (reactors, dryers, filters, distillation units, etc.).
· Identify and resolve scale-up challenges related to heat/mass transfer and process safety.
· Ensure compliance with EHS, SOPs, and quality standards.
· Analyze process data and prepare technical reports and trial summaries.
· Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA/QC, and Engineering for technology transfer, support commissioning of new pilot equipment
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E/ B. Tech in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
