We're Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Chennai
Job Responsibilities
* Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance activities.
* Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are planned and executed effectively.
* Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, DG sets, transformers, pumps, and electrical panels.
* Coordinate with vendors and AMC contractors for maintenance activities.
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance requirements.
* Control maintenance expenses and optimize resource utilization.
* Manage maintenance team deployment, productivity, and performance.
* Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and asset registers.
Requirements
* Relevant experience in facility/building maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems and preventive maintenance practices.
* Good team management and coordination skills.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
