We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in data analytics and machine learning. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable business insights, develop predictive models, automate reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Business Insights
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases.
- Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Develop predictive models for forecasting, classification, recommendation systems, and customer analytics.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Data Engineering & Automation
- Create automated data pipelines and workflows.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets from databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business teams to understand objectives and analytical requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives through advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms:
- Regression
- Classification
- Clustering
- Time Series Forecasting
- Recommendation Systems
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Looker (preferred)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
- Experience deploying ML models using APIs or MLOps frameworks.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
