The Service Coordinator cum Service Engineer is responsible for handling service operations, coordinating with customers and technicians, and performing technical repairs and troubleshooting of Zebronics products. This role ensures timely resolution of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Service Coordination:
- Manage and track service requests, complaints, and job cards.
- Coordinate with customers for product pickup, delivery, and status updates.
- Schedule service activities and assign tasks to technicians.
- Maintain proper records of service data and reports.
- Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) is met for all service cases.
Technical Support & Service:
- Diagnose and repair Zebronics products (speakers, soundbars, IT peripherals, etc.).
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Handle warranty and out-of-warranty service cases.
- Ensure proper testing of products before delivery.
Customer Handling:
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Documentation:
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation.
- Update service status in internal systems/portals.
Compliance & Process:
- Follow company service policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service or technical support (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electronics troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, service portals).
