- Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
- Coordinate site visits and client appointments
- Handle booking documentation and payment follow-ups
- Resolve customer complaints and escalation issues
- Coordinate with legal, finance, sales, and project teams
- Prepare MIS reports and customer status reports
- Ensure timely collection of documents and agreements
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
- Support post-sales activities such as possession, registration, and handover
