The Supervising Head will be responsible for leading and overseeing all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production planning, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise in machine shop operations, tool room practices, CNC machining, and precision manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will effectively manage manpower, optimize production resources, and resolve technical challenges on the shop floor. They will work closely with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Plant Head will drive productivity, maintain safety standards, and ensure customer requirements are consistently met through efficient manufacturing practices.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
