About the RoleWe are looking for driven and ambitious professionals to join our global sales team and help expand the reach of Faveo Helpdesk & Service Desk solutions across international markets.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals with customers worldwide. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while building strong, long-term relationships with global clients.Comprehensive training on product and sales processes will be provided to help you succeed.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and online channels
- Present and demonstrate Faveo Helpdesk & Service Desk solutions to global clients
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions
- Consistently follow up and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
- Generate leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, cold emails, networking)
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Who Can ApplyFreshers (01 year)
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in SaaS / technology sales
- Willingness to learn and work in a global sales environment
Experienced Candidates (17 years)
- Experience in sales, business development, or SaaS/product sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with international customers is a plus
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle independently

- Confidence in delivering product demos
