Factory Setup & Production Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to set up and manage our women’s apparel manufacturing unit in Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:
Set up factory operations and production processes.
Hire and manage tailors, masters, cutters, helpers, and production staff.
Coordinate sampling and bulk production.
Ensure timely production and quality control.
Work closely with design and management teams.
Maintain daily production planning and reporting.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, sampling, or production.
Strong understanding of women’s western wear.
Experience in team hiring and factory operations.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Candidates with strong leadership and production management experience are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
