Job Description
Catalyst Education, Thrissur is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers / Academic Counselors to join our admissions team. The role involves counseling students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
Handle inbound calls and walk-in inquiries
Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, and career options
Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
Achieve monthly admission targets
Update lead details in CRM or tracking system
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team
Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree (Freshers can apply)
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English preferred)
Good phone etiquette and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills
Experience in telecalling or academic counseling
Ability to build rapport with students and parents
Sales or admission background is an advantage
