Job Summary:
- The Associate – International Voice Process is responsible for handling customer interactions with clients through voice calls. The role involves understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Maintain a polite, confident, and customer-focused approach during calls.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
Pay: ₹10,540.29 - ₹34,589.38 per month
