SIGHT – Sysmantech Institute for Global Hardware Technologies is a practical, industry-focused technical training institute dedicated to developing job-ready service technicians.
We are looking for a confident, organized and student-focused Admissions & Centre Coordinator to manage student enquiries, admissions, follow-ups and day-to-day centre administration.
The selected candidate will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, existing students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, website and walk-ins.
- Explain courses, fees, duration and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Counsel students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and leads.
- Maintain enquiry and admission details in CRM.
- Coordinate admission forms and required documentation.
- Follow up on pending course fee payments.
- Manage reception and front-office activities.
- Maintain student attendance and records.
- Maintain student files and course documentation.
- Coordinate student ID cards and certificates.
- Coordinate with trainers and the Centre Head.
- Communicate academic and course-related updates to students and parents.
- Prepare daily enquiry, follow-up and admission reports.
- Support batch scheduling and student coordination.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to centre growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, student counselling, education/training institutes, front office or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Strong telephone and WhatsApp follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
- Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with admission goals.
- Pleasant, confident and professional personality.
Qualification
Graduate preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in educational institutions, training centres, admissions, counselling or customer service will be given preference.
Compensation
₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Plus attractive admission incentives based on confirmed student enrolments and monthly targets.
