- On-Site Measurements: Conduct thorough on-site measurements to accurately assess spatial dimensions and gather essential data for design projects.
- AutoCAD Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using AutoCAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and plans based on project requirements.
- Working Drawings: Generate precise working drawings that include floor plans, elevations, sections, and other necessary details to guide the execution of the design project.
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Material and Color Selection: Assist in the selection of appropriate materials, colours, and finishes to align with the overall design vision and meet client expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with the overall project objectives.
- Presentation Skills: Develop and present design concepts using 2D and 3D renderings to effectively communicate ideas to clients and project teams.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to ensure that design solutions are innovative and current.
