We are hiring a Field Marketing Executive with 3–5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related roles. Candidates should be graduates with strong communication, customer handling, coordination, marketing, and lead-generation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits and direct marketing activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Meet prospective customers and explain the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct promotional activities and support marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and local market activities.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversion.
- Visit project sites, business locations, and customer premises as required.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business areas.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Achieve monthly and yearly lead-generation and business targets.
- Ensure regular follow-up with customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly field visit and marketing reports for management.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Field Marketing / Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
