Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards such as Euro NCAP, AIS, and FMVSS.
- Proven expertise in CAE crash simulation tools including ANSA, Hypermesh, PAM-CRASH, and LS-DYNA.
- Strong understanding of Finite Element Modeling (FEM), including contacts, joints, and related modeling techniques.
- Good understanding of material behavior under dynamic loading conditions.
- Experience with advanced materials and manufacturing processes impacting crash performance is desirable.
- Perform detailed crash analyses to evaluate structural integrity and performance under high-speed impact conditions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards throughout various project stages.
- Provide countermeasures for issues identified during simulations and testing.
- Conduct correlation studies between simulation results and physical tests to improve model accuracy.
- Prepare and present technical reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in simulation workflows.
