Key Responsibilities of a Tally, GST & Accounts Trainer
- Conduct training sessions on Tally Prime and accounting software applications.
- Teach concepts of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial management.
- Provide training on Goods and Services Tax (GST) including GST registration, return filing, invoicing, and compliance procedures.
- Explain practical accounting processes such as ledger creation, voucher entry, payroll management, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practical exercises for students or trainees.
- Demonstrate real-time accounting and taxation scenarios using software applications.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and practical evaluations.
- Assist learners in understanding taxation laws, financial statements, and audit basics.
- Provide troubleshooting support related to Tally software and GST calculations.
- Keep updated with the latest accounting standards, GST rules, and software updates.
- Guide students in preparing for interviews and workplace accounting practices.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and student progress documentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding course schedules and curriculum improvements.
- Ensure effective classroom management and interactive learning sessions.
- Support placement activities and career guidance for accounting and finance students.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
