Profile Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer – Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of graphic design principles and hands-on knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
The candidate will work on social media creatives, digital marketing designs, banners, promotional graphics, and other visual content while working closely with the marketing and creative team.
What Will You Do:
- Create engaging and professional social media posts and creatives.
- Design banners, posters, advertisements, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
- Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Understand design briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and brand guidelines.
- Resize and adapt creatives according to different platform requirements.
- Make design changes based on feedback from the team.
- Collaborate with the SEO, social media, and marketing teams.
- Manage multiple design tasks and complete them within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media creative trends.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Good understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Creative thinking and good visual sense.
- Basic understanding of social media creatives and digital marketing designs.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand instructions and take feedback positively.
