Job Summary:
Aashish Group is seeking a Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential/commercial properties. The role involves ensuring smooth building management, coordinating maintenance activities, and addressing resident and vendor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily building operations and upkeep.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of building facilities.
- Handle resident/tenant queries and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain basic records and reports related to building management.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of facility/building management.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive approach.
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Work Mode: Onsite
Aashish Group is a Jaipur-based real estate developer with over a decade of experience in residential projects and property development.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
