Job Description
We are hiring an experienced IT Service Engineer to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, security systems, and retail technology for our clients across South India. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Computer Hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers) along with expertise in CCTV, Biometrics, Access Control, Wireless Access Points, and EPOS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and enterprise hardware.
- Provide on-site and remote IT support (break/fix, preventive maintenance, health checks).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Linux), and network issues.
- CCTV: Install and service IP/analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, remote viewing.
- Biometrics & Access Control: Deploy fingerprint/face recognition devices, door controllers, RFID systems.
- Wireless Access Points: Configure and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi APs.
- EPOS: Install and support POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners.
- Manage user accounts, backups, ticketing systems, and vendor coordination.
- Document service reports, asset inventories, and ensure SLA compliance.
Required Skills
- Education: Any Degree/Diploma (CS, IT, Electronics preferred).
- Enterprise Hardware: 2+ years in server/desktop/laptop/printer support (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, HP, Canon).
- OS: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Linux (basic).
- Networking: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, router/switch basics, Wi-Fi APs.
- Security & Retail: CCTV, Biometrics, Access Control, EPOS systems.
- Soft Skills: Communication (Malayalam & English), customer service, problem-solving.
- Mandatory: Valid 2-wheeler & 4-wheeler driving licence, own vehicle, smartphone with internet.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across South India.
