We are seeking a skilled and experienced PLC Programmer to join our team. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing PLC programs for various industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field, along with relevant experience in PLC programming.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Design and develop PLC programs for industrial automation projects, including but not limited to, control systems, process automation, and manufacturing systems.
2. Programming Languages: Proficient in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text.
3. PLC Platforms: Experienced in working with various PLC platforms, including but not limited to, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Omron.
4. Testing and Debugging: Test and debug PLC programs to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of PLC programs, including but not limited to, program descriptions, flowcharts, and troubleshooting guides.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure successful project execution.
7. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot PLC-related issues and provide technical support to maintenance personnel and operators.
8. Upgrades and Modifications: Perform upgrades and modifications to existing PLC programs to improve system performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering: or a related field.
2. Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of experience in PLC programming.
4. Programming Languages: Proficient in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text.
5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred
\Qualifications:
1. Certifications: Certified PLC Programmer or equivalent.
2. SCADA Systems: Experienced in working with SCADA systems.
3. Industrial Automation: Knowledge of industrial automation concepts and technologies.
4. Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
