About the Role:
Parikh and Associates is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in design development, drafting, and coordination across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and presentations
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with drawings
- Assist in material selection, design detailing, and project coordination
- Collaborate effectively with the internal design team on multiple projects
Required Skills & Software:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Experience with rendering tools like D5 and Enscape
- Knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D will be an added advantage
Candidate Profile:
- Strong design sensibility and visualization skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
