Land Surveyor – Job Description
Conduct land, topographic, and boundary surveys using surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.).
Measure and record site dimensions, elevations, and coordinates accurately.
Prepare survey reports, drawings, and coordinate data for construction projects.
Establish and verify survey control points and benchmarks.
Set out building layouts, roads, utilities, and other civil works as per approved drawings.
Ensure survey work complies with project specifications and applicable standards.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to support project execution.
Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of surveying equipment.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
