We are looking for energetic and ambitious Inside Sales Associates who can generate business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and partners.
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Introduce Pioneer Technologies' solutions and services.
- Qualify leads and update CRM regularly.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Presales teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales will be preferred.
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
