- Document Creation & Formatting: Transcribing dictated audio or handwritten doctor notes into formal, standardized discharge summaries, clinical reports, and care plans.
- Accuracy Verification: Proofreading all drafts to ensure medical diagnoses, surgical procedures, medication dosages, and patient histories are error-free.
- USG / Diagnostics Support: In many ultrasound and diagnostic centers, you may also act as an OPD Coordinator—assisting doctors by typing out scan reports and helping patients navigate their appointments.
- System Management: Entering and managing clinical data directly into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Staff Coordination: Collaborating with nurses, coordinators, and the billing/insurance departments to ensure provisional summaries and final discharges are processed without delays.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict compliance with medical confidentiality and data privacy standards when handling sensitive patient information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
