Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage EdTech product development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver EdTech software projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Designers, and Business teams.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, change requests, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor team productivity and remove blockers.
- Support product launches and post-release activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile Certification is preferred.
- Experience working with Product Development teams.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
