Job Summary
Responsible for managing accounting operations and overseeing property-related activities, including rent tracking, property records, tenant coordination, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain records of all company-owned and leased properties.
- Track property availability, lease agreements, rent collections, security deposits, and pending dues.
- Follow up on outstanding rent and property-related payments.
- Coordinate with tenants, brokers, landlords, and internal teams.
- Monitor lease renewals, property documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare property-related reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts and/or Property Management.
- Good knowledge of accounting, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Understanding of property leasing, rent management, and documentation.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
