Job Purpose
To prepare students for excellence in CBSE academics through conceptual, application-based Tamil teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons for Classes 1 TO 5
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assignments aligned with competitive exam standards.
- Conduct regular tests, analyze student performance, and provide individual mentoring.
- Integrate inquiry-based and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Coordinate with subject heads and academic coordinators for curriculum planning.
- Participate in training programs, academic reviews, and inter-school competitions.
- Maintain discipline, student motivation, and academic integrity in the classroom.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: B.A, M.A, B.SC, M.SC , UG & PG with B.Ed/ Monessori training for Kindergarten to grade 2 teachers
- Experience: 2–3 years of teaching
- Excellent language
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical, mentoring, and classroom management abilities.
- Passion for academic excellence and innovation in pedagogy.
