Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex Development, Salesforce Configuration, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and enterprise applications, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to define and deliver requirements.
This is a remote opportunity; however, candidates must be located in Bangalore and available for in-person interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Develop robust Apex solutions including Triggers, Batch Jobs, Classes, and Integration Components.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Process Automation, and Declarative Features.
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Experience solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) Development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex Development, including:
- Apex Classes
- Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Asynchronous Processing
- Apex Design Patterns
- Experience with Salesforce Configuration and Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows.
- Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mandatory Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Exposure to complex integration projects and API-based architectures.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Important Note
Only Bangalore-based candidates will be considered, as an in-person interview is mandatory before onboarding.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
