Position: Architect (B Arch)
Qualification: Degree in Architecture (B Arch) is a must. Freshers may also apply.
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for young, dynamic, and hardworking draftsman or architect who is well experienced in site measurements, preparation of building drawings, and documentation for municipal corporation and town and country planning approvals.
The candidate should be able to prepare accurate architectural drawings, work with site data, and coordinate with the team for project submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare measurement drawings.
- Prepare building plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create drawings required for municipal corporation approvals.
- Prepare drawings and documents for town and country planning departments.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and site teams.
- Revise drawings as per client, authority, or project requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing records and project files.
- Support the team in design, drafting, and approval-related work.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Able to use SketchUp for 3D modeling and basic presentations.
- Knowledge of building drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Understanding of site measurements and building dimensions.
- Basic knowledge of municipal drawing requirements.
- Basic knowledge of town planning approval drawings.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good drafting speed and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work hard and learn.

- Freshers with good software and on site skills may apply.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
