We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Information Security Associate to manage and monitor security infrastructure across multiple sites. The resource will be responsible for firewall administration, endpoint protection management, security monitoring, and supporting the organization’s information security and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage firewalls across all customer sites on a daily basis.
Configure and maintain firewall rules, NAT policies, VPNs, and security policies.
Monitor firewall logs and investigate suspicious or unauthorized activities.
Manage and monitor Endpoint Protection / Antivirus / EDR solutions across all endpoints.
Ensure endpoint security policies, signatures, and agents are updated and functioning properly.
Respond to security alerts, malware incidents, and endpoint-related threats.
Perform periodic security health checks and vulnerability review activities.
Coordinate with OEM/vendors for troubleshooting and resolution of security-related issues.
Maintain security documentation, reports, and audit records.
Support ISO 27001 and other information security compliance activities.
Assist in implementing security best practices and hardening guidelines for endpoints and network devices.
Provide regular status reports on firewall and endpoint security posture.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with firewall technologies such as Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FTD, Check Point, or similar.
Knowledge of VPN, NAT, ACLs, routing, and network security concepts.
Experience with Endpoint Protection / EDR solutions (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Sophos, Trend Micro, Quick Heal, etc.).
Understanding of SIEM, log analysis, and security monitoring concepts.
Basic knowledge of vulnerability management and incident response.
Familiarity with Windows client/server environments and Active Directory.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
Relevant security certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Sophos Certified Engineer, Microsoft Security, CCNA Security, or CompTIA Security+ will be an added advantage.

Experience in managing security operations for multiple locations/sites.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, ITIL, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience in preparing audit evidence and compliance documentation.
Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
